What are the ticket options and where can I buy them?
Jump the queue and buy them online BUY NOW or at the gate each day.
Yes! It’s one of those wonderful benefits to living in the Bay. Napier and Hastings ratepayers will receive a 2-for-1 Hawke’s Bay residents offer in the post in January so keep an eye out.
You can only access public areas NOT into the stabling or camping areas. These spaces are for competitors and support crew only.
No, the great thing about HOY is that once you are in, you get to enjoy and experience all that it has to offer.
Livestreaming
Yes, we are streaming Premier Showjumping, Dressage Oval and all three stages of Eventing for the full week.
The livestream service will begin Tuesday 4th March
Live streaming + on demand for 6 months post-event is $30 per discipline or $60 for all three.

Parking
Public parking access is if off Bennet Road, Hastings. Make sure to add your daily parking ticket to your package. It costs $5 a day or $25 for the week. To streamline your experience, purchase your entry and parking tickets online before you go.

Vehicles displaying a mobility/disability pass can access the reserved parking at the end of Kenilworth Road.
Accommodation

Sure can, however space is limited so get in quick. Purchase with your gate pass.
Camping areas depend on what discipline you are wanting to be by – Red (showing) / Blue (Show Hunter & Mounted Games) / Green (Show Jumping).
General
Public parking access is off Bennett Road, Hastings – Reserved Parking access is off Kenilworth Road, Hastings
Gates open to public Tuesday to Sunday as of 7.30 am. Gate close after last class.
For any event information or help, swing by the Event Hub at the exhibition hall just inside the gate. Here you can find all your show information and assistance.
If you misplace something, head to the Event Hub to see if it has been handed in.
First aid are located at the northern end of the main grandstands.
The event does not offer any cash out facitilies, however, most trade sites offer eftpos as a paymemt option.
Yes. There are plenty of toilets throughout the grounds and a Parent’s Room behind the main grandstand for feeding or changing children.
The terrain around the main area of the show is relatively flat and well prepared. If you need further assistance or more information on this head to the Event Hub.
There will be an event programme to help you navigate your way through the week, this will be available from the information area. Post event, we will be publishing our official HOY magazine featuring title winners and celebrations from this year’s event.
