VetPhysio
Sarah Cruickshank of Vetphysio Limited is a NZ Board Registered Physiotherapist & internationally
qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist (RVC, London). With extensive experience in equine physiotherapy,
Sarah is an FEI Permitted Therapist, and has had the privilege of working as physiotherapist for horse &
rider at two Olympic Games (Beijing 2008 & London 2012), and with her clients at Badminton, Burghley &
Blenheim horse trials, Adelaide 5* and of course many NZ shows including Horse of the Year since 2010.
Sarah has also been the NZ Eventing Team Physiotherapist. Passionate about performance, she works
closely with many of NZ’s top equine athletes to optimise their well-being & performance. Sarah thrives on
being on-site at shows, offering targeted physiotherapy to help both horses & riders feel their best,
maximise recovery & perform at their peak.

Horse And Rider Physio – Sophie Hargreaves
Sophie is a physio for both horses and riders. She’s available to treat both horse or Rider, or for on horse or off horse Rider Assessments. You can find her in the ESNZ/RDA/WELFARE tent and test your rein tension with TeleRein and see your seat symmetry on the Racewood saddle stand with sensors

Ruapehu Equine Sports Therapy
I am a qualified Equine massage sports Therapist, applying a range of different skills and techniques methodically to release spasms or tension in the musculature, remove pain and discomfort, reduce adhesions, and improve range of movement by improving suppleness and flexibility to the body. I incorporate passive stretching exercises, and can perform a pre work out treatment to increase energy and performance, a recovery treatment focusing on lymphatic drainage to improve recovery time, and the full sports therapy treatment which focuses on the overall health and performance of the horse.
